When someone asks me "are you okay" i tend to say "with what". I'm fine, just a little quiet and in my thoughts trying to figure out the good, or bad. People have a tendency to act like they want to hear what you have to say but the conversation diverges to their problems. And they go on and on and the conversations are never interactivly back and forth to hear each other out. So, i keep my business to myself and reject as much negative energy from people when they talk about negative things.

Pretending to care or be kind is how some folks justify themselves as a good person. For example...if you're driving and come to a standstill with another car, and they happily wave you to go first, go slowly and watch how long it takes them to lose patience. Like, why did you let me go then?

Your videos have helped me in my journey. I have learned a lot through direct experience. You recognize patterns in the world, in others and in yourself. You have to be able to call yourself on those behaviors that misdirect you. You have to recognize feelings and thoughts that do not serve you. The ego will convince you. That is the right way to go. It will pull you off track and make you feel imbalanced and then you will think all of the progress you made is lost. But it’s not true. It just takes you off course until you realize what happened. And it will do that until you’re ready to address what it is you’re running from. Whatever comfort that you think you need. I have thought about making my own channel but I also am not really one for editing. I appreciate you sharing your experiences. It helps me to recognize inner lessons and teachings within. In times of struggle it helped me recognize the true voice of guidance. What speaks through us all. The feeling of peace vs the constrictive feeling of the ego. Much love 💜

The whole point to incarnating on 🌎 is to experience being a human. To try to deny the human aspect, for the sake of spirituality, is absurd. I’m over and done with peoples proclamations of having had an awakening. As well as spiritual/new age vernacular. Anyone who has actually had waking moments can spot an imposter a mile away. They typically sling new age phrasing around like they’re feeding the chickens. I’m not judging their journey. I would rather people want to be awake than the alternative. And I hope that they find their way.

i feel this when i talk about stuff to people like stuff i'm trying to detach from and all that, and sometimes it's like they think it doesn't apply to them also. it's easy for them to be detached from my problems cus well, they are my problems. as soon as they deal with something themselves they can't take their own advice. i even notice this in myself also, where i hear someone talk about a problem and i think i have the solution easy, but that's only cus i don't have their brain, they're the ones that have to go in there are try to unwire that painful stuff, it's not easy at all for anybody.

You know what I realized Yash… life is hell. This is not a popular opinion. I don’t care. But it seems as if life is hell and we’re constantly trying to find meaning to make it seem purposeful and happy … at least that is where I am at right now. I’ve tried a lot when it comes to positive focus and shadow deep diving to relieve the pain. Nothing can escape deep pain. I might be limited in my perception but don’t know because I’m not in another body right now. So I talk in my channel when I feel inspired and that’s it. I feel so unlike the people around me and the pain is unreal. I experienced intense drug iv meth drug use at 16-17. 25 now. Then the alcohol and weed and everything came after that. I’m good now as it has been 7 years, but I’m still struggling mentally. I don’t know how to give light besides be light and be love ❤ Ya know it mostly is neutral and I get that but damn. I thought it would be different. The suicidality is almost worse and there is not a soul that would get it. I have to for real find myself to heal this hardship man but what is finding yourself. Nobody loves you when you know that everyone is you. I love your message man and felt like letting you know this. I’m sending you love Yash and I hope to find hope in my future. I’m nervous about it. I found that I place too much pressure on myself when I use the term "spiritual"- it automatically (for me) makes me feel that I have to "act" a certain way . I don't want to act, I want to be real and I found that the term carried too much weight and represented an ideal that I kept falling short of. I dropped spiritual and all the baggage that can come with the word. Instead, I go through my life aware and as present as possible. Some days, better than others. At the moment, that's the best I can do and I'm ok with it. Maybe in the next life, I/they can pick up where I left off and move forward more.

This is so important to embrace your Shadow. Grew up in Whistler BC. A ton of new age spirituality out there. What I found toxic was all these people always spoke on living "your" truth instead of the truth, avoiding negativity, good vibes only. These people did lots of cocaine, lots of sex, psychedelics and drinking. It was all about shadow avoidance. Self worship. Lots of weird occult/blood worship in these crowds. Avoiding shadow manifests evil within one.

I fee this. I hung out with spiritual people, like the fake type of spiritual people and yes I had fun with them at the time as we did plant medicines. But the girl running the group claimed she was a reiki master and her partner was a yoga instrutor. Then after about a year, I felt myself drift from them after doing an ayahuasca retreat with a real shaman. She didnt like how I changed as my vibration actually raised but it just exposes these people who claim to be coaches, healers or whatever but they just say the phrases 'lets raise our vibration' when they are running their meditation workshop but they have no idea what it truly means because these people are charlatans who want to claim they have healed their traumas or are on a healing journey but when it comes to doing the uncomfortable stuff, they are unwilling to do it so these people want to talk growth but not actually do it and I see it everywhere but I dont involve myself with these sort of people now. By the way this lady smoked weed all the time yet she claimed she 'helped people overcome addiction' yet she charged money for the services yet she had no idea how to use plant medicines and energywork safely.

All the video's that i have watched have helped me tremendously. Im strugginling with addictions to weed, pmo and lusting. I know theres a god to help me when i cant help myself. Which god? Fortunately I don’t have to interact with non dual fufus too often, the only person I really still have to is my mother. Man we used to have some pretty good depth conversations about spiritual stuff until she went full bore into that excuse. And I say excuse because she’s nowhere even close to embodying this peaced out bliss mindset in the first place and everyone in her life is well aware of her chaos because she’s the type, when upset, makes sure everyone knows it. It’s simply her out whenever she feels challenged and doesn’t want to take responsibility for her thoughts and actions, a way to shut down any criticism. And so these days I just try to avoid anything heavy with her and keep the conversation as superficial as possible.

First find out WHY you feel that you need to people please... Only you know the answer. Then see if it serves you or if it brings negativity. Can you be who you are and be open to people liking you or disliking you? If someone does not approve you, is this a problem or you don't mind? Is it possible to not mind and just be ok with someone rejecting you etc? Of course having sense and knowing that our behaviour is fine, it's a totally different thing than trying to conform, be agreeable or people pleasing. Can you see the distinction? P.S Don't answer me those questions, ask yourself.
