“To heal is to experience the opposite.” Teal, YES! You’ll love this quote: “You do not decide your future. You decide your ‘habits,’ and your habits decide your future.”
@dondankleberg49652 жыл бұрын
nah man think about it, when you "decide" your habits then from where are you acting? thats the real question. you gotta experience that you are love and you do that by understanding what or who told you in the past in some aspect or appearance that youre not, and then understand how you felt in that moment. the more you do that the more you realize that your nature is like a stream of love light that was taught that it is not connected to higher truth and that it is wrong. so you keep searching for a way to understand that you are indeed connected and project the feelings you had in the trauma, that has been taught, on yourself, others, your habits and so on but your intention wayyy back in the past was love, thats it. breathe love and let it shine through all of your past (and future) :D thats my view, much love

The universe is like a school. When you don't learn the lesson the first time, you can repeat it as often as you need it until you raise the level of your awareness sufficiently to overcome the obstacle. I have been in repeat situations all my life and after a decade of meditation I finally start recognizing the patterns and assuming responsibility for manifesting the opposite - that is wanted - reality. When you realize that you are not a powerless victim of your fate or whatever situation you are in, you can implement actual changes that will save you from repeating the same lesson again.

@@jeanlundi2141 So you think it's completely random to encounter the same type of situation again and again and repeat your suffering?
@jeanlundi21412 жыл бұрын
@@onreact No. But a lesson implies a particular course of action intended in response to that. In my opinion it doesn't happen like that. We repeat our suffering because we get energetically entangled with the collective energies in various situation. To say your suffering stopped because you learned a lesson is not a reflection of my experience at least. What makes you thik there was an intended, singular concept/lesson you needed to learn? And what about people who are NOT going through the same suffering in that scenario as you - are they not learning lessons? So that begs for a bigger question...what's the point of these lessons?

Wow ! Exactly what I m experimenting right now ! I just changed the pattern and said clearly what where my responsabilités and what where not . In a similar situation as the one you describe. I took the time before to feel my emotions : frustration , sadness , felt rejected , downgraded etc etc then I treated it like an echo residue of what I was living as a child !! My mother would ask me to apologize to my father when he was cruel with me … and the whole responsibility was on my little shoulders I had to do it because otherwise she would potentially not love me anymore and her relationship with my father was always her priority . The potential consequences would be the broken family . So that was my condition to be loved! As I was processing I imagined the worse scenario and there was fear . But as I managed to get to feel and recognize fear , I also remembered what I tell my students “ behind this fear , there is always beauty “ . The first element of beauty has been a great feeling of relief and respect for myself , the second one has been a non agressive response ( wow).and this video ✨I ll see what s going to happen from here . Looking forward to how it s going to unfold . But doing this I positioned myself ! And I choose when and where ! Thank you ! ✨🙏

Like others here. I too am currently in a repeat. A biggie. Family expectations and I’m never giving enough. Blah blah blah … insert Teal giggle… only THIS time, I noticed the repeat, and I feel on the outside of it. It’s different. And as usual, the perfect timing of this video helps me make sense of that. 🎉. I see the world from a perspective that just doesn’t dove tail into the lives of many I’m “close” to. There’s always ‘resistance’ and the opposite of engagement or interest in my perspective. Thanks to you Teal, I can see the impact I’m having, the creation I’m getting into the flow of. And I’m feeling more full inside my body than ever before. It feels like ‘Control Drama’ is my family’s way of getting me back into line, back to taking responsibility for their happiness and financial needs while my needs seem to be something I must manage alone. This journey is NOT overnight (thanks Pantene), and sometimes it’s scary… but it’s happening. IM COMING ALICE!!! 🐇

Lol, I've created a very narrow point of balance for myself to be empowered, emobodied, wilfull, surrendered, compassionate, masculine and feminine. Usually the moment I think I've "got" whatever is the most obvious challenge in my face, another balancing act announces itself in. Quite literally as in "you thought getting the other one in was the end of me, now look and assimilate the new me." It all moves forward and refines, of course. Love the content Teal.

Very eye-opening! Yes, the core belief I was taught by my parents was that, “the more you do, the better it gets”. Needless to say, my parents were always taken advantage of by their family but they were in denial about it. Needless to also say, it then set me up to be taken advantage of by my peers which I was also in denial about. The worst part is our tolerance for this kind of abuse is so high and our denial or hope/fantasy that it’ll get better, keeps us stuck. So it takes a massive amount of pain and burnout to pierce through our own disillusionment and for us to actively say, “enough”. But once you’re on that path, very little will take you off it. Videos like Teal help revalidate and reinforce to keep asserting myself so I can get my worth.

What you say about mirroring reminded me of a thought I had just today playing an online competitive video game. I felt for a while I was unfairly held at a lower rank than I deserve because of some mental blocks that make me behave differently than the path the rank up algorithm wants me to take to earn the points. But this got me finally thinking, while trying to take ownership of the situation: "hm, how can I play good against bad players? if my entire persona works through mirroring then adjusting". I think I'm starting to get to a break through about "doing my thing" and finding secure in it regardless of others. I countered my superiority for too long with huge amounts of self doubts to keep myself in check and objective, but when i empower who i am I am miiiiles ahead of others :') but i still lack aspects of cognition that would turn my understanding into practical success so im still working at it. ill definitely work on taming this ego in a healthy productive way👀i've become more aware of my impact on others directly while practicing grounding in the present. empathy takes 2 even through incompatibilities. relativity of the universe.

Thanks Teal, I would love your insight on going through death/loss of people close to us on this topic. I lost my mother to cancer in Sept 2020, and exactly a year later, my cat who had been my primary companion for 10 years also got cancer and died 6 months later. I spent most of my cat's illness trying to believe it wasn't true and she wasn't going to die, particularly because everyone around me encouraged me to be positive, focus on a miracle, and her prognosis wasn't extremely clear. Trying to be positive and not believe what was happening was extremely taxing, especially having just lost my mother to cancer. It felt impossible not to believe the same was about to happen to my beloved cat, who I leaned on so much during my grieving. But I wanted to do everything in my power for her to live, so I held on to hope. This attempt to be "positive" during my cat's illness made the entire process extremely confusing and painful. I surprisingly did very well with my mother's death, despite how close I was to her, because of a lot of acceptance and healthy conversations with my mom and her own acceptance of her illness. I took a more optimistic approach with my cat, and it did not yield results and I think caused me additional stress when I could have been coming to acceptance. How responsible are we for the deaths of others in our lives? Does coming to peace and acceptance with their imminent death will MORE death to come into our lives because we "accept" it? This has been a very difficult area for me to understand as I don't feel the death of loved ones is on the same level as a breakup of a relationship, etc.
@helenacummings27452 жыл бұрын
None of us are responsible for the death of others unless of course we are the actual ones who caused someone's death, like in a car accident for example. Any Loss is hard, weather it's people or animals we are close to. You never want to give up hope, it's always Good to pray hope and believe for things but if it does not turn out how you hoped, don't loose faith. Just know they are in a better place with no more pain or suffering, let yourself Grieve and heal and think about the happy moments, it's all we can do. I feel for you with the lose of your Mom and cat, I lost my Dad and my Brother and a cat as well, I know how it feels, Stay strong🙏
@pallmallninjak2 жыл бұрын
I agree with @Helena Cummings. The universe has a way of sending challenges into our lives to understand and overcome. They are not seen as challenges though they are interpreted as problems by most people. Yet it sends challenges that you are capable of over coming but may think otherwise to. Death is apart of life and in regards to family I’ve only lost grandparents but when they passed I mourned their deaths for a short time then celebrated their life to honor them. I have watched documentaries on people experiencing a situation where they died for a period of time but was brought back thanks to medical aid or other and the majority of them who recalled their after death experience claimed it was a place where they felt a beyond bliss like feeling so intense they had little desire to return to a physical state. Most of what many people experience in life is in reflection to aspects that are psychosomatic, meaning what the mind makes of it. So be careful of doubt of faith you believe in especially when viewing yourself. Things happen for a reason and problems always end up becoming a learning experience. If it’s made positive or negative that’s on the individual. 😁
@annat9898 Жыл бұрын
Accepting death doesn't "bring more death" into your life. Since death is unavoidable the best way to deal with it is to accept this and live each moment as fully as possible. And also to grief fully and allow our emotions once death does reach us. Surrendering to life is to accept death. There is no responsibility in the death of others through accepting this simple fact, as death is a natural part of life, it's the only promise given to us when being born. Let go of your guilt, both for "not praying hard enough so she could keep living" (which just isn't true) and "not allowing to process this earlier through accepting her current health." Wish you the best

Then in a line 6 of my cats and 1 mouse died (yes they were elderly cats except 1) I am so scared now to love anyone in fear of losing them and recently I found a stray mama cat and fell in love with her black new born and guess what the black kitten died mysteriously again.

Thank you Teal Swan! 🦢. I ended a relationship, boyfriend because I could see it was a repeat situation. I am Thankful I finely changed my perspective and understand the patterns, behaviors. However, I cannot explain as well stated as you have. Which is good for me to here to better understand. Desire to grow forward, upward!! Blessings! 🌺 🦢 🕯️

So many commercials. I’m still too stingy to pay for KZbin. I need to take a look at that with him myself and see what’s holding me back. Thank you for your channel. Just thought I would share and get real.

My new favorite video, I'm really at a loss for words and this has me intentionally looking at the events that have recently transpired from a different perspective.

I am sorry Teal that you had people attacking your character. I couldn't understand why this scheming was going on. But you have proven time again to be solid! Xo
