It is if you are passionate about what you do and you change your mindset. She started the show by saying, do what you love. You could be creative about things you are not passionate about. You already sound that you have a fixed mindset and that could be what is holding you back. When you change your mindset to one of growth , you look at the mistakes/failure as a way to guide you to another formula and not necessarily to mean that "you are done". Successful people never give up because at the time you give up, the next step could have been your breakthrough.
