1. Lund uni is in Sweden 2. Americans deep fry things more than any other countries. (John oliver did an amazing segment on this, search it on youtube) 3. Work life ballance, and calling after work hours or on vacations etc is really bad in USA. In other western countries its good, like here in Germany employees usually turn off their company phones the moment they checkout.

Islamic banking is a lot different than regular banking. In Islamic banking, the money is given against goods, meaning the bank is a partner of profit and loss in the venture against which the money is given. The low returns are because of the mix of profit and loss the bank is making.
