Coconut Poke Cake
Ingredients:
1 White cake mix and ingredients to make it according to package directions
1 can Coco Lopez cream of coconut
12 oz whipped topping thawed
toasted coconut flakes
Directions:
Bake cake according to package directions and let cool.
Poke holes all over cake and pour over cream of coconut.
Spread thawed whipped topping over cake and top with toasted coconut flakes. Refrigerate at least two hours or overnight before serving.
