Good talk coach Phil. Remember that for sound-deadening stuff though, hanging pictures are counter-productive to blankets. Sound waves will still bounce off of those, because they hit the picture before it hits the blanket.

Great video... too true! Over the past year I've meditated every morning for 20 minutes. And just forming that habit of doing nothing for 20 minutes every day (not even thinking) has had awesome effects on my life. If you can discipline yourself to do 20 minutes of nothing, you can discipline yourself to do 20 minutes of anything. And thats without mentioning the other amazing benefits of meditation. I like these styles of video Phil, keep occasionally sharing your thoughts with us!
