But managers will learn to micromanage to prevent others from double billing (having 2 jobs at the same time). Those honest employees will suffer from being spied on because of some bad apples.

I've worked remotely for 15+ years as a consultant. I don't work two gigs. That said, I never put my camera on. Managers have asked, I just never do it. I have the laptop camera covered up. I detest standups, I consider standups a form of micromanagement. Unfortunately most managers think that is "managing" a project. To me it's just a "Mommy/Daddy this is what I did yesterday." To me it's not treating people as professionals. Give me a task and deadline, then leave me alone.

Looking to add a third remote job. Any tips my biggest fear is conflicts with meetings. I have a great rhythm with J1J2 so far. Any tips?

Meetings is the difficult thing. Tips: - have a good cadence on meetings if possible (no randoms) - take vacation/sick time from both jobs for you J3 onboarding period - see if the cadence of all 3 jobs works, and if not then try again with new job :)

@@work2remotejobs biggest worry is three overlapping meetings. I can do two meetings at same time now. As long as I’m not overly involved. But with three. Lol not sure
