Wow, what a relief!! after 20 suffering years with a weak voice through a muscular disease I finally can work on improving my voice. Great video, this was exactly who i was some few years back until i got the courage to participate in a speaking training and contest, i was greatly motivated by a voice coach. Thanks for posting your wonderful video. I will remind myself of your thoughts: "When I’m not satisfied with my voice, I’m not satisfied with myself. I set impossibly high standards, then beat myself up when I fall short. Every minor flaw becomes magnified (perfectionism). Every mistake feels like catastrophe. The constant self-criticism doesn’t just stifle my voice, it stifles my spirit. My voice is a unique and dynamic expression of who I am. My voice has value and my thoughts and opinions deserve to be heard."

It goes To be whole don't exaggerate Or leave out any part of you. Be complete in each thing. Put all you are Into the least of your acts.
