I'm a 69 year old widow of 20 plus years. I stumbled across your vlog 'accidentally'. It was providential. The first thing I noticed was how friendly and kind you were. But I grew addicted to these vlogs because they provide a sort of, vicarious relief for me. I have memories of my husband and I camping, you brought it all back, and this has actually been medicinal. It's helping to keep my blood pressure down, because your vlogs are so serene. I just love you to death for these vids. I had cancer and lost a kidney, so keeping the bp down is essential. Thank you for being my escape from the noise of daily living.

We got the 13 foot bell tent from white duck outdoors! It's my favorite purchase ever. I told them I learned about them from Girl in the Woods and the lady said, "Oh we love Brooke!"

Brooke, I had friends that built their beautiful log cabin high in the Rockies, But first, they built their stable, and they and their two boys and horses spent the first years in the barn together until the big log home was finished. Good to see ya Brooke. I can hardly wait to see your new cabin by the river.

Bell Tents are fantastic. I bought a 13ft Relum Safari in 2002, used it for 9 weeks every summer working festivals with my kids, and other assorted occasions including 4 winter camps of a week. I lived in it in 2017 when I was Homeless , it tore down one side in 2018 from canvas fatigue... but 16 years use was pretty good for a canvas tent that I paid £360 ( about $400) for , and it outlasted all the "modern nylon" tents friends and family have owned in that period. I've just sold my Camper and Caravan ( recreational trailer) and am buying another Bell tent in the next couple of months for next Summer ... really looking forward to waking up in the Bell tent in the Woods

We can’t thank you enough for all of the awesome ideas and fantastic content here on your Instagram page- we can’t wait to incorporate some of these ideas into our upcoming build! We used to put warm water in a pump-up garden sprayer for showers. My girls pointed out that while it was good it wasn’t great for washing their hair. This year I put in a demand water heater. It is always a pleasure to watch your channel, and your husbands as well. Many of us that are watching will never take the chances that you do. Congratulations on your being able to follow your dreams! Love your Collie too. We have been raising Rough and Smooth Collies for just over 30 years, they are the best!. Sadly we recently had to put down 4 of our furry kids. They were all 14 years and a little bit. Which as you probably know is a long life for a Collie. Prior to that, our oldest Collie was 10 years old. So they all had a very good life. We are both in our 70's now, and we are thinking about down scaling on dog size, perhaps a Pembroke Corgi will be our next dog. In 2010 we were fortunate enough to purchase Our Forever home. We are about 10 miles from town, and our closest neighbor lives a bit over a mile from us. Our 14 year old collies got to bark and run as much as the 2/3's acre pen would let them. When they were younger they would always try to ,"herd the farm vehicles", that would pass by our place on the road, it was great fun for us to watch, as well as the farmers that were driving the rigs, especially after we told them what the Collies were trying to do. W have a great view out the front door, that is forever changing with the seasons.
