Profitability for lands bought outside the city is also NOT guaranteed. I invested in Suvarna Bhoomi, Shad Nagar in 2012 for 10 lakhs. Unfortunately, the managing partners fought and the land's salability is questionable, let alone generating profits. So, everything regarding that plot is in suspense.

Simple rule is if the loan term is 20 years, inital 10 years cover 80% of overall interested tobe paid. So banks first will recover your interest(intereset on reducing balance) and then principal. Love you brother. Wish you a happy life

20.15 for fds.. banks will definitely deduct 10 percent amount from maturity amount. it will come lesser again.. for salaries employees fds never works cause they will in 30 percent slab.. also rental yield you said 15k in 2015.. by 2025 it will definitely annually increases minimum 7 to 8 percentage

Better to invest in plot , wait for 10 years , save some ammount for construction or you sell that plot for atleast ×5 times profit and you can buy a house 🚶 If your a getting income of 50k, stay in rent house, save ammount, for buying plot , just take a plot for 10 lakhs rupees only with in budget, if you dont have that much of budget then go for loan some 5 lakhs , set the emi for 4 years

I bought a flat last year for 47L in bangalore, due to some reasons I'm planning to move hyderabad. I have two options 1. Renting out( i will get emi amount) 29k 2. Selling it for 65L and purchasing one in hyderabad. As i can see minimum rent is morethan 30k in hyderabad. Which one is best.
