I might wait until 2023-2024 before I purchase my first real performance car. Cross shopping the Supra, Mustang, Camaro, C8 Stingray and ScatPack Charger leaning heavily towards the Supra because the value is insane a few mods and it’s running low 10s or high 9s on the drag strip

I want the Supra but I’m hoping that it will drop to at least 30k and I’m fine with 330 horse power. I’ll buy it, but I’ll wait until it reaches like 3-4 years old. Hope it will go down in price a bit. Beautiful car and love the color. Enjoy it.

it makes more than that factory, its makes 334ish to the wheels when people dyno it from factory. lol basically they just lie about hp number like the orignal surpra where they say it makes 275 when it made more than that.

Thanks bro. I haven't seen or driven a 2.0. I'm not a fan of a 4 cylinder but it might be ok depending on price. You have lots of other options though if they are up in the $40k or more range. I'd take an s2000 over a 2.0 supra though if I'm being honest.

Yes, factory color. Downshift blue only came out in 2020. I color matched A-pillars, mirror caps and seibon spoiler so it looks like it flows. Only one on ive ever seen with all 3 color matched.

I love the MK4 style wing. Do you have any issues with scratching the paint on the fenders when you close the trunk? I know there's some clearance there but does it ever flex and make contact?

Thanks bro. Makes contact but it has a foam cushion that it comes with. This stops any kind of scratches. It's pretty flush with the car so I haven't had any scratches or scuffs.

Why anyone would buy a Supra when the Gr86/Brz is available is beyond me. For use on the roads, the GR86/Brz give you 100% of the 'fun factor' for many many many thousands less. (And there is more interior room in the Br86/Brz to boot...)
