Pura scam hain ye company same issue here........suddenly sub woofer stop working.....and contact the service centre....bola ki apka warranty khatam ho gya......abhi market se hi...thik karna hain.......market me gya to bola....e motherboard kharap ho gya....isko company se karwana hain........ab boliye aisa scam kaun sa company karta hain..govt should stop their license to sell their product

Mera bhi same situation hai bhai 😭 After 1yr product dead hoghya.. Custemer care me minumum 10time call kiya. But no response... Kyoki 1yr hogaya.. 1yr ki bad service me koi interest nahi hai😡company ko.. Na spare bhi available.. Kyakaroo... Me ne local service centerme diya unko bhi spare nahi milrahahai bhai... 6month hoghaya PLS DONT BUY BOAT PRODUCT WASTE PRODUCT

Bhai myne 13000 ka home theater liya tha 26th Dec 2021 ko. 3 months k baad mera woofer kharab ho gya March 2022 ko. Customer ko call kr kr k, ticket raise kr kr k paresaan ho gya lekin in ka na to koi technician aata hai or naa hi koi call. Technician ko call kr kr k paresaan ho gye lekin aaj tak aaya hi nahi. Mayne apne neighbours ko bola ki boat ka products hi buy na kre bohot hi ghatiya service hai. Aap ka problem solved huaa?
