Cream:
100 ml milk (1/3 cup)
100 g chocolate (3.5 oz)
300 g butter (10.5 oz)
200 g powdered sugar (7 oz or 1 3/4 cups)
Coconut filling:
200 ml water (3/4 cup)
200 g sugar (7 oz or 1 cup)
250 g shredded coconut (8.8 oz or 3 cups)
150 g butter (5.3 oz)
Chocolate icing:
200 g white chocolate (7 oz)
100 g butter (3.5 oz)
100 g dark chocolate (3.5 oz)
50 g butter (1.8 oz)
Baking: Bake at 180 °C / 356 °F for 10 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 33 cm x 29 cm (approximately 13 inches x 11.5 inches)
