broccoli
3 large potatoes
Salt
60 grams (2 oz) Parmesan
50 grams (1.5-2 oz) butter
60 grams (2 oz) flour
500 ml (2 cups) milk
pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
olive oil
100 grams (3.5 oz) mozzarella
dill
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1-2 cloves of garlic
2-3 pickled cucumbers
