6 chicken thighs
Salt, pepper, Italian herbs

Olive oil
Mix
Melt 40 g of butter in vegetable oil
Fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides

Fry for 2-3 min
Chop 1 carrot
Fry for 2-3 min
Chop 1 kg of potatoes
Fry for 10 min
Chop the chives
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
Mix well
Put the chicken back in the pan
40 g honey
60 ml soy sauce
40 g sweet and sour sauce
40 g Dijon mustard
Bring to a boil and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken
Bake for 25 min at 180°C
Chop 1 onion
Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 min
Chop 1 red and 1 yellow pepper
Fry for 2-3 min
Cut 200 g cherry tomatoes in half
Salt, paprika, dried garlic
Fry under a lid for 7-10 min
chop spinach
