(Referring back to the part where Dr Maté was talking about telomeres) Also... quite a few geniuses have died from aneurysms 😢 Moral of the story for this particular part of the interview "Try" to stop and smell the roses every now and again 🌹👃

Beautiful work from Dr Maté. I wonder if he is leaning a little too much on the programming side of things? His use of the word 'courage' is loaded a little into a dichotomy versus cowardice. Sometimes courage is a necessary change maker. Not that there is blame in that, just recognition that we need to step into the space sometimes to go beyond the programming. Maybe this youtube video has removed some nuance.

Dr. Mate’s work often dives deep into the complexities of human behavior, and you're right to point out the nuances around concepts like courage. It can be tricky to fully capture the depth of his ideas in a single video, and perhaps some of that nuance might be lost here. Courage is indeed a powerful force for change, and stepping beyond our programming often requires it. It’s a great reminder that growth is not always a simple dichotomy. Thanks for bringing this up!
