Are you reading comments from 2 year old videos? :) I recently found your channel, I definitely have HFA. I wonder how well this corresponds to a Neuroticism trait in the Big Five model. My neruticism score was like 96% or some other ridiculously high number, so no surprise that I have HFA. Anyway, there were some good things you mentioned. I definitely struggle with number 2. When I get to start my work, I want to jump into immediately. Unfortunately if I do that, I will not do my physical training for the day, nor take time to reflect or journal. I just have the feeling that I want to be productive and want to show the boss and colleauges that I'm a good worker. As luck would have it, usually these are days where I work my butt off all day and have absouletly NOTHING to show for, excempt that I wrote like 20 emails so that is something. I do number 4 in a weird way. I say no to absolutely everything, only to change my mind and figure out a way to inconvenience myself somehow to be able to do that thing that I said no to. So basically, I say yes, but in a really complicated way. Have you ever heard about such a thing? Lastly, number 6 talked to me. I'm most negative when I'm tired, so, usually in the evening. I made some progress in this regard and I expect that I will have negative thoughts in the evenings, so I try not to pay too much attention. Anyway, I look forward to explore your content. I took the quiz as well. Thank you! I feel that someone gets me, and that doesn't happen that often.

I wake somewhere between 4 to 4:30, normally before my 4:45am alarm, my meditation is making my first cup of coffee to have at my desk to scan emails before jumping into my first meeting in a series of back to backs, scribbling notes to add to my bulging todo list. Late brunch at my desk, the dog reminds me in the evening to take her to the park (so at least I get some exercise) Return to dinner at my desk to work through my todo list and meet with my other teams outside of my Timezone. Exhausted around 9, I shower and go to bed…. I’m highly productive and achieve a lot of outcomes, I just hate being bored, and then dwelling on what’s not done or done badly in the past.

That definitely sounds like a long day, Dave! That's great that you have your dog as a reminder to get out and take a break from work.

Instead of calling it hfa. Why not call it covert anxiety or masking anxiety.
