Do not say 'Hello' to people on the bus because it totally invades their private space 🤣🤣🤣

@@ProDevelopmentPK It's probably just because they're from a big city, so it's more likely that they usually have less of a soul and often avoid social interactions.

When I visited the Netherlands I was positively shocked when people say "bedankt"(thanks) to the driver when leaving the bus. Absolutely not common in Germany...but we should do that.
@MrWhitney4e11 күн бұрын
@@Kellerkind80 That's very common in America. I think it is a kind thing to do but not really necessary because they are just doing their job. Americans love to say thank you and sorry all the time. Almost annoying sometimes.

Actually pretty good advice on talking to the locals. Last time I was in Copenhagen I wasn't impressed because people were cold. This time I'm going outside of Copenhagen. I'll try to talk to people. Hope they're right that locals do warm up! And great advice on the weather.

Do they sometimes mix Danish with English or is it just Danish, especially the first lady?
@Mig987Mig2 ай бұрын
All danes mix english and danish, nearly all of the words are grammatical correct in English (idk how to explain it)

Danish people are so good looking especially the men. Everytime i go to Copenhagen/Denmark i am amazed by how handsome they are with their super blue wide set eyes and super blonde striking hair and perfect jawlines. And they are always dressed perfectly, and usually at least 6’ tall. And then added to that, they are so super friendly down to earth, and really quite flirtatious despite how good looking they are!! Danish men are 👌👌👌Much better than British young guys in London

what is bad in Nyhavn, why you should not visit there as a tourist?
@gnawershreth7 ай бұрын
It's not bad but it's just somewhat overrated I think. It's very touristy so the restaurants, cafes etc. are a bit tourist-trap-ish and too expensive. There's no problem checking it out, take photos etc. but it's very touristy and expensive because of that.

@@Mig987Mig Ok, maybe sandwich was a bad example. Is "bolle" only for dessert bread (like cinnamon bun) or also for the regular ones you put butter on?
@Mig987Mig2 ай бұрын
@@Ca11mero uhm, actually a cinnamonbun is “kanelsnurre” , “kanel” means cinnamon, and “snurre” means twister. 😅 But a “bolle” is like what you eat for breakfeast with jam or cheese etc.
