If you have a passport for your child. then you have registered her via the passport. It is the same as when the state comes to take your children into custody but they can't unless there is a birth certificate. UNLESS you sign a piece of paper giving them authority. . You don't necessarily need a birth certificate. Any agreement will do. Even a tacit agreement.

I thought I understood my Strawman until I watched this. This was very enlightening and well explained and for the first time made more sense and joined many dots for me.. We are the God's. All 8 billion of us. Think about it... God is everywhere (everywhere I go, there I am). God creates man in his/her own image (all 4 of my kids look like me, and their mum, as she's a God too). God created everything (man is a creator of life, energy, and material possessions). God creates the plants (I can create plants from seeds, by applying my energy, else they remain a seed). They've convinced the dead that God is a spirit who is watching and judging you, so that, as the sheep they want you to be, you do everything your shepherds (priests) tell you to do or not do. They even get them to wear a constant reminder of the penalty for not compliance, in the form of the murder weapon (the cross) of the people's failed "saviour", to remind you of the consequences of going against the rulers. Mortgages are fraud, because when you’re 91 days late paying for your house, the bank is automatically paid the entire cost of your home by their insurance company, regardless of how much you’ve already given them. And then they have the gall to come and take the house that somebody else already paid for, ON TOP of whatever payments you made thus far. If you bring that up in court, you will win. As for “owing” the insurance company, you never had a contract with the insurance company. So there’s that.

Thanks to you both for a missing piece of the jigsaw. Many years ago, my mother took her own life. Within a very short time, the Nationwide Building Society tried to seize her bungalow, in lieu of £200 outstanding on the mortgage. I explained the tragic circumstances of her death; that there were insufficient funds in the estate; and probate needed to be applied for and settled, before the house could be settled and the debt paid. They didn’t want to know and were intent on repossession. I didn’t realise (until now) that the 3 month limitation clause is standard practice in mortgage contracts, so families need to be aware of that important fact.

(She was now DEAD). The point of my comment was to alert other families that may find themselves in the position of losing a family home, just because the process of resolving a deceased estate takes longer than 3 months. I reorganized my birth certificate trust in 2018. I cited the fraud, and took the control. Now I have trustees and beneficiaries and I am in control. It’s all contract law. You send them the terms and you give them time to respond. When they don’t, because they can’t, it’s done. It can get a little more complicated than that depending on how you go about it. But that’s the idea.

I had a warrant for my arrest because I missed a court date, and I was out in my backyard with friends when the cops showed up. I knew damn well that my face was on all their dashboards, but they still needed to hear me say my name. They were all standing around me in a semicircle, but nobody was moving. I said something stupid like “I’m not him, but I can speak for him.” Then, the one cop they sent along, to listen for just such a thing, instructed the others, “That’s him.” Then I went to jail. Yes. Because you are not obligated to say something under the common law. They assume that if you do answer their questions you have consented to be the legal entity. . In my experience it is not even worth stating you have no legal name or a just have a common law name., Because the fact that you have 'stood under' their questioning means you are not a sovereign and have tacit ally agreed to the contract.. It is best not to answer questions and insist they are not welcome and are in fact disturbing the peace unless they have written joinder.

They are completely independent. They live in their own community and help each other. They don't engage in government, medical services, banking services, electric services, water services, government education and don't use vehicles, just horses? Buggies. I was sitting in my private property with wheels on, saying I give no consent to being touched I give no consent blah blah this is my private property... the 4 policy enforcers aka police officers forced their way in the car temporarily arrested me and detained me without lawful excuse so that the two bailiffs and their truck driver could steal my private property and hold it until I paid their ransom fee. The police officers threatened to kidnap me if I didn't give them my name and date of birth. I repeated three times and I obliged to answer that. He kept quoting legislation. Instead I gave him documentation with my legal name and fees and terms and conditions The bailiffs had showed the police false documentation which was a admin Court paperwork aka County Court but at the top it said a high court writ and had no high court writ number. The policy enforcers in their ignorance thinking they knew the law thought it was a high court writ. They worked to assist the bailiffs which is supposed to be according to legislation up to 14 years imprisonment. Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 section 26. All the while the police officers were questioning me about the legal situation which has none of their business they are supposed to be there as police constables under their oath not judge and jury. I informed the credit card company that I was being blackmailed and paid with my credit card so that is on record justice will be done Edit.. I asked am I obliged to answer that They stole my car and held it until I paid the Ransom. Hard to believe what the police get away with. Not in this case though

To stop police getting involved in your civil matters learn how to write Lawful Notices which are prophylactic telling the Chief Constable you will serve a Tort on them in their private capacity.

I was advised to use email to file a crime report against the individual police officers so that it remained on their file until they cleared their names. Also there is a possibility of taking them to the small claims court. Do you think there is a benefit to writing a notice of a tort? How do do we back this up?

They can't take you to court because as he said these matters are summary and not indictable. You don't need a license to drive either however, you do need to know a lot, you do need to practice and there isn't a script to follow. Excellent stuff. Vobes asked many of the questions I've long had about where sovereignty meets the corporate system.I very much enjoyed this interview and learned from it. One thing I do find problematic though is the multiple variations of the common (or natural) law which various humans assert. I suppose to some extent becoming truly sovereign means there is no ultimate roadmap. As per a quote from the documentary 'Strawman - The Nature of the Cage', "becoming sovereign means you need to grow a pair, grow up, be an adult". Guidance and training/learning is incredibly useful, but also at some point, we each will find the courage and individual agency to deal with whatever happens as a result of stepping outside of the fraudulent system.

So all those born in the UK have to get their birth registered and become part of the system from the registration date until they cease to breath the air. Okay.. So what happens to all the immigrants both legal & illegal when they are given leave to stay or citizenship of the UK ? Their births wont be registered in the UK and in fact might not have been registered at all anywhere on the Earth. Many illegal immigrants have no means of identity or proof of country of origin. Where do these people stand in the system ? If they don't have trusts, who pays them benefits or for their healthcare etc ?

Richard i had a dream this morning and you were in it..... You know the sort of vaguely dreamy circumstances in our dreams sometimes, so I'll explain it best as i can... So, i knew that i had been invited to a meet up with different people for a alternative leadership peace discussion or something of that nature. Different KZbinrs and big thinkers were going to be there, and we were to meet at your and your lady's land... I was early and was the first to show, and we were going to hold it in a giant field.... I was taking in the view in a 360 degree manner, just slowly turning and i said my God this is the most beautiful place ive ever seen.... and woke up, it had a super good omen feeling, very positive....

Councils don't provide anything, definitely not what council tax is paying for. Gas & electric companies don't provide anything either they are licensed billing agents. Neither can prove your obligation to pay any company.

Here in America, New York, when you move out of a house you notify the electric co. and they shut off electric when you tell them you'll be out. Then when another party rents or buys that property, THEY notify the electric co. to turn it on and you've got to prove your identity in order to get electric on. It's not automatically on UNTIL you notify/ask them to put it on.
