I wasn't going to mention it but Lucy Ford isn't a real person. It's a play on words for Lucifer but not in the way you think. He had a bad smoking addiction in his life along with drinking. Lucy Ford is the representation of love in his life. It was the 'best thing that ever happened to him' until it made him a wreck.
