WARNING: is blowing out as much air as possible very bad for the health? I spoke with a doctor about it. He explained what happens and that doing it will make you feel out of it, sleepy, and loss of focus throughout the day. I think he said you need a certain amount of carbon in your lungs and exhaling all of it creates bad affects on the body.

lol great video--i like how you are debunking a common phrase used in the hippie world = P. I visited ur website and I think along this same theme would be a great idea for more videos. i'd like to see a video on the low-carb diet philosophy. . .b/c as i understand it, no matter what we eat (assuming it's edible), our body breaks the macromolecules down into essentially the same nutrient: glucose. It's just that perhaps the pathways are different (e.g., lipid absorption vs protein absorption). lastly. . .as i consider myself a quasi-hippie, i'd like ur opinion on something. i once took this class and we lied down, voluntarily hyperventilated for about 1 minute, and then sat up really quickly. It created a sense of euphoria similar to that after a VERY hard workout. I'm not entirely sure about the physiology tho. . .increase ventilation = less CO2 in the body, which would mean the body would be "hyper-oxic" and then maybe sitting up fast draws, thru centrifugal force, more O2 to the brain, which then somehow causes euphoria? i dunno! ur thoughts are appreciated
