I love this so frikking much I had a nightmare similar to this when I was much younger, I would wake up with cuts on my torso, apparently it was our cats that slept on me, their claws digged into my skin when they would stretch during the night. I thought it were the monsters in my dreams, I guess I'm a sound sleeper to not notice through the night. We only found out it were the cats when my mom checked up on me once. Thus is the reason my parents won't get cats again, never got the same nightmares again when they gave the cats away, I think I was about 6 back then, I'm 15 now, I still love cats and the marks are still faintly visible

That mother is really sus. Your daughter gets attacked by SOMETHING, what, five nights in a row at your house, she tells you she's being attacked, and the mom says, "Oh, sweetie, you're too old to think that there are monsters under your bed." Like, WTF?! Your literal child has been sent to the hospital because something is trying to kill her, and she did absolutely NOTHING to protect her or at least find out what has been attacking her daughter. If you can't afford video cameras or moving, then at the very least send her somewhere she can be safe. Jeez, these parents are awful. If I'd been that mom, I'd board up that room permanently and send my kid to a trusted friend's house until I could figure out what was trying to kill my daughter.
