I moved to the Bayside neighborhood in VB, and it’s a good spot- close to Norfolk and VB downtown. It’s a good middle ground if you can’t decide between the two cities:)

If you want to speed and ignore stop signs and not worry about cops, Ghent commons is the place to be 😮 Zero traffic enforcement, Dangerous.the safety of the people is and should be the highest law,but not in this nieborhood,sad😢

Just save your money, family and sanity and don’t move to either. Too many people in too little space. And way too expensive and the crime. Ugh.

These videos are very helpful however I was going to see actual houses and costs. I'm totally new relocating to the East from the West. I'm looking in the low 200K. 2 bdrm 2 bath is fine, small yard of possible. I'll be paying cash so no financing necessary. If like to be close to a functional beach obviously I can't afford to be too close at low 200K but within 20 min or less. I dint have to be in VB but definitely do not want planes flying over all day. A townhouse would be fine, no how's. Can you help me out with this search?
