I totally agree. I used to quest nightly for those lucid projection dreams. Now I'm fine with having them way less. There are many Stages to Realm Creation. It can take many episodes before you can control the projection phase but what comes after is very personalized and learned experiences. All you're really gaining is the fluid ability to lucidly control your current reality state. The end goal is to be able to guide your awareness in the awakened state, to match the aspirations you truly want. In certain dreams the central goal is to make it to the end before it re-loops and begins again. Almost like there's a timer at play. If you've ever had those instant repeating dreams, there is a reason they are repeating for personal growth and gaining the "feelings of accomplishment" to proceed further in them. Also learn the loop with a quickness, take shortcuts get to the end faster. This teaches you the feelings of "creative accomplishment". Once certain abilities are learned the soul now has new save points or markers in both sleep and the awakened state. Don't forget the end goal is always to strive for more clarity and truth to be able to shift into a "fresh realm" with less mental static no matter how subtle or profound.

Thanks for uploading this. I was actually going through this phase of being obsessed and addicted to lucid dreaming and for a while I had 2 lucid dreams back to back and that got me convinced I could really do it but after a few weeks I couldn't lucid dream and I think I'm trying way to hard to lucid dream so if I can just not try I think it will become easier to lucid dream when I least expect it. Now I do have 1 question and idk if this counts as a lucid dream (I don't really know) but this memory I'm having it keeps haunting me throughout my life and this phrase that's repeating I'm saying "no I just got resurrected!!" And there was harsh winds I was fighting against and 3 black figures standing in the distance and I was near a river. And I was wearing some kind of armor. Is that a memory from a past life? Or is something warning me about a change I will undergo?
@AllOneKind2 жыл бұрын
Those were profound dreams because you were learning to master both the "shadow and fearing" stages of realm creation. The strong winds signify the start of your astral "zooming stage" There are great depths to every stage before accomplishment is reached and you might not need to experience versions of them again for quite some time. I would say "No I just got resurrected" is the echolalia from the part of the dream you awoke at. Repeating words and phrases can be a stress reliever for some people.

@@AllOneKind I remember years ago I was having a nightmare in which I was not lucid but unconscious. It was night and I was chained to a stone table and couldn't move. And I felt horrible. A voice said to me "how do you feel?" and when I answered it said to me "how do you want to feel?". When I answered "free" it then said to me "Why don't you do a treatment of freedom?" It meant a spiritual mind treatment which is a type of affirmative prayer taught by Ernest Holmes. The voice felt like it was coming either from my Higher Self or from one of my spirit guides or guardian angel. I immediately started to do the treatment of freedom and I remember it was a very powerful and effortless affirmative prayer where every affirmation was filled with a certainty and knowing and great feeling of freedom. The only affirmation I remember from the prayer is "God is the perfection at the center and circumference of my being." I remember at the end of the prayer, which lasted for maybe a minute, I immediately shifted to a very beautiful place with a wonderful nature scape and bright sunshine and about 7 people were waiting or me in this beautiful place. They were very happy for me and were their to congratulate me on my doing the treatment of freedom. There was a woman standing in front of me and she felt like a soul I had known for many lifetimes and was a close friend. She remembered me clearly but I didn't remember the details of how I knew her. As if she was not subject to the veil of forgetfulness but I am having incarnated here on Earth. She rushed up to hug me. Anyway, the dream would have continued but I woke up because my body had to pee. lmao. That same voice asked me years before when I was awake on a bus "Why don't you send love to your heart?" and so I sent love to my heart and it was a powerful experience when I did this. So apparently praying and meditating in dreams is definitely a thing. So is communicating with the higher self or guides, angels and other souls.

When ever I have a real nightmare this often triggers me to become lucid. Things get so scary and bad I often realise this can't be real. I'll then try to fly away and get away from the scary things but in the end they always catch up to me.

These are my thoughts on this. It is possible to astral project every night if one is sufficiently skilled in it. And astral projection is superior to lucid dreaming in that you are actually "moving" from the 3rd dimension into the 4th dimension or astral plane. You are "moving" into a reality as REAL as this one and it is just as fun, if not more fun, than lucid dreaming. However, I personally choose not to astral project until my consciousness of inner peace and love is very strong and very stable/consistent. I plan to do a lot more meditation, shadow work and healing first. When you get nightmares in lucid dreams this is probably an indicator that something within your consciousness requires healing. A good use of lucid dreaming and astral projection is to use them for spiritual growth. In the case of lucid dreaming you can witness the whole dream without intending to make any changes to the dream. You are just watching everything with curiosity and a desire to learn more about what is in your subconscious mind. You can even ASK your spirit guide or guardian angel or higher self to reveal to you in the dream whatever they would like to show you that will help you to grow. You can do the same thing in astral projection. Calling on Archangel Michael, Jesus The Christ, your spirit guides and guardian angel to help you with something or for protection if necessary is a good idea when you are astral projecting. And in waking life too. Visualizing a sphere, bubble, cocoon of white light filling and surrounding your body and aura is energizing, healing and very protecting on the astral plane and in this reality too. Aaron Abke teaches how to astral project on his youtube channel. Another good channel to learn astral projection is called "Astral Doorway". Look at Christina Lopes's latest video on Ayahuasca if you are interested in learning more about this particular psychedelic. It is a very interesting video about ayahuasca. I recommend watching all of Aaron Abke's videos on astral projection. All of his videos are awesome really.

If you don't feel any fear or discomfort when you have the scary dreams then this is a good thing. You have two choices you can either watch the dream unfold from a place of curiosity without getting involved in it. In other words you don't do anything but just watch it like a movie that is interesting and you want to see how it plays out. OR you can get involved and express love to the people in the dream that are feeling scared. You can express this love with just your thoughts and feelings alone without saying or doing anything. Or if you feel like it you can say or do something loving. That's up to you. Choose whatever feels right. Watch it like a movie to see what happens or think or do something loving in the dream.

It means you are ready for the next stage. Your next lucid dream should give you more direct cues in how easy it is to shift between your waking realms. Normally the shift will "settle in" right after you awake calmly from those visually lucid dreams.
@calebevans22582 жыл бұрын
It’s kinda hard not to be addicted to it if you get to the point where you can pull it off consistently. I mean, literally being able to explore your own world where you’re in control and have no consequences every night definitely trumps real life lol

when i become lucid in a dream, i am essentially god. Like... the God. I can control every single thing with thought. The difficulty is having these experiences, they tend to be rare, I have to really crave them and think about them during the day for them to happen... secondly, sustaining them can be tricky, I tend to wake up soon, after a few minutes, or else reset the dream, blink and go into blackness, and am waiting for the visuals to return, usually get bored/restless and get up. But... it's undeniable evidence of "god mode". God mode is real. I dunno if everyone can experience this, but it's 100% real state for me. And I wonder, if it's possible, and a real state that exists, why do I live such a stupid little pathetic life the rest of the time? If I have this kind of power, and I already KNOW I do, I've experienced it many times now... why is my life so lame? i guess goblins be targeting me like the conspiracy blokes always rant about. How else to explain. this life is just a god cage. It's a mindfuck where they nerf the gods, so they can either loosh us or simply keep us from ripping them to pieces over and over. The lilliputians cannot hold Gulliver down forever. And every second you held him is a full minute of hell you will pay back in the end. nothing.... nothing.... nothing whatsoever is forgotten. Not this time. The soul proclaims it. this time... nothing is forgotten. nothing.

@AllOneKind2 жыл бұрын
First you should try to master the astral "zooming phase" If you've had those falling dreams, it's a similar feeling but you're not vividly dreaming. You start with a sense of your body and your toes and with time you can gain control of your direction, speed and then duration.

Hi! Last night i attempted to lucid dream using the WRILD technique and after doing it and going to bed around 11:20 PM, i laid down flat on my back and stood still for what I would say 10-15 minutes and I saw a blue light that would change in all sorts of shapes and stuff, I kept following it with my eyes and after a while it went away. Does this mean i was close to a lucid dream?
@flowersinantarctica82 жыл бұрын
this is odd because ive lucid dreamt since i was little. its just how i dream and how i will always dream. I can have more intensely lucid dreams and less intense ones but they are always lucid. guess im just odd!

I had my first lucid dream last night. It was probably longer than I remember. I dont remember doing anything special in my dream. I just remember I was at my school. I was talking to my friend and said this is just a dream and he replied in some scary giberish and I woke up because of it. I know there was something before I talked to him but I cant remember what happened.

Yes, you can as long as you want! By reality shifting, you're simply collapsing 'waveform reality' into the experience you WANT, rather than letting subconscious programming and 'archetypes' of reality play out and become your experience. I'm going to make a whole video explaining this in more detail, but I hope that made a bit of sense!
