many red flags i got but i ignored and joined them and now i regret. similarly most companies allso sign a 2 yr bond or their notice period is 90 days. when we msg ex-employees how is the environment they most ignore and dont reply but some do.

Gather your team and try to put pressure on company management. Unity is always good but it's rare. I had to one time do a protest with my whole team and we stopped working. CTO asked me why no one is working, i replied "If salary can get delayed, work can also get delayed". We got the salary same day in few hours. It was like suddenly company's bank account got full because few hours ago "they were short on money and couldn't pay salary". Delaying salaries is not about financial issues. It's a trick to force you to keep working and even do late sitting. My advice would be that don't torture yourself because late salaries is a mental torture and you will always be stressed. Start looking for a better job and switch it immediately. Company is just giving you excuses about why salaries are late.

That's a nice suggestion. We will cover it soon in a video. Often in Pakistan, it's a trend that if there's no office in Pakistan, then it's probably not a good company. But there are many other ways to validate a company and understand the security of a job,

@@Hashaam0 In that case, check employees on the LinkedIn page of company. Check their product and see how long it's been running. And check employees status of how many years they have spent at the company.
