One of good option is that you may purchase the materials like steel wood electricals hardware plywood etc which will reduce noticeable buy price in comparison to future prices . I did this in mid of 2018 and after completion of house you may sell off extra material on current market price and enjoy the compounding. Try not to compromise the quality work, take your time and bear the labor cost is bearable and purchase cost can make you cry later.

You should submit and get approved the drawings that you plan to construct. you can get the approval later if you plan to do any extensions

No you can not shift in house unless you don't comple full house grey plus Finishing Dha and bahria don't give Completion to shift in house.

Decision aap ka hai. Agar plaster nahin karvate tu paise ki saving hai lakin kal ko false ceiling girti hai ya aap faisla karte hain ke false ceiling nahin rakhne tu sare ghar main gand ho ga kyon ke aap ko plaster karvana ho ga. Lastly, ceiling aap nain wall to wall karvane hai kyon ke agar aap ko kuch portion par karvate hai tu us jaga ceiling karvane ho gi

@@sheikhwaqar97 bhai ceiling tiles lgwa lo. false ceiling ki koi gurrantee nae...agr nami hai tu 5 saal ke baad fade hona shoro hojata hai aor paint ka khrcha bhi boht ata hai aor 5 saal baad phr dobara krna prhega..waise life around 10-15 yrs hoti hai. aor agr kal ko chath mai kch kaam krna hoa like Ac pipe chath se nekalna ho etc tu wo nae kr skenge q ke wo false ceiling khrb hogi.. ceiling tiles lgwa le...jldi kaam bhi hojayega within few days aor age bhi 25 saal tk hoti ..paint ka bhi khrcha nae..aor chath mai kaam (conenctions/drills etc) bhi kr skte hai...

Knowledgeable video as always. Sir I have a 1 question to ask, why you always insist to own a personal home? Why IAM asking this ? Is that my father in law is still living in a rented house. And after every 2 to 3 years he moves towards new location. Financially he is strong no more liability of family. When we all son in laws argue with him for not owning a home in his entire life he always reply why should I waste my money n time
