There is no question of dominance. An the end of the line, every country wants their own countries' people, also other countries' people, to grow, and develop... and live in a peaceful environment... There is no question of dominance of one country over another. At least such is not expected from the US.

Dominance of Europe over that continent, now named after an aggressor - Amerigo Vespucci. This notion that America is this wonderful democracy that we judge by the highest of standards is JUST NOT TRUE. This notion that America is some kind of "Greatest country in the world" which has "failed to live up to it's Exceptional standards" IS A JOKE. The fact is we have to constantly lowered the standards for America, THE ONLY COUNTRY that was borne out of a massacre of the Native Indian population and then dropped two nukes to become a superpower. America is nothing but a Neocolonial Empire. The biggest arguments given by pro America people is 1) First Amendment (which none of the US presidents have ever followed) 2) America is a democracy (which it is, though not a very good one, there are some aspects that are great, but holistically it's been pretty average)
