Hey Danny, always good to see a new video pop up. I'm still kinda getting used to how google works and still need to work on SEO, but it does seem like business comes in waves. I think the waves are when google for some reason or another makes your website or google busiess page more receptive or something. Last month I had a customer from a city about 25 miles away call me and ask for a detail. I asked him how he found me, and he said google, and that I was the third business from the top that google gave him when he was searching. I'm like the 5th from the top in my own city, so I was puzzled how I got near the top in a city 25 miles away. Have you had similar exteriences?

I don’t think that is uncommon for someone 25 miles away to find you on Google. I think it just depends on the type of keywords he entered when searching. And he may have widened his own search. Google doesn’t just put you higher because they want to. It’s because maybe you had done something online and they promoted you. Like add a photo on Google business page or updated your website and then somehow the algorithm picked it up. If you want to get more targeted views, #YourCity And add your city or the neighborhoods your service and make them more prominent on your website in various pages.

just practice on your own car and friends cars, you can become real good after just a couple cars of knowing how to polish and how its supposed to look.

Right on. Glad I could help. I don’t think there is a way to transfer reviews over. The best thing you can do is ask for the same customers to take a moment and leave the review themselves for you on Facebook or Google. That would mean asking them to write two reviews. It’s not impossible and you shouldn’t feel nervous asking them to re-write a review. You might get a few to agree

You rock Danny, you're keeping me motivated bro. I do have a hard time relating to someone talking about what to do in winter when their winter is like my fall. Outdoor detailing in winter comes to a hard stop for 5 months up in northern Canada. Without a shop, things become nearly impossible. Even doing a rinseless wash with ONR has ice forming on the panels. Time to focus on organization, posting content, and planning to have a shop for next winter.
