The clip with Godzilla is based on a bit from Inferno Cop, a series made by Studio Trigger (Kill la Kill, Little Witch Academia) where the animation is low budget and is just as nonsensical as the clip. It's free to watch on KZbin and you can binge it in less than an hour since every episode is about 2 minutes long. Highly recommend checking it out
