Let me tell you having a dream seeing yourself is such a surreal experience, I've had 3 that all played out the same, I was sleeping but then I began to roll off the bed and I was powerless to stop it, once the fall happened I would be thrown into a swirly colour void only to be returned to my own body. The third time was different as I somehow gained the power to stop it and catch my self to put me back on the bed and I've never had one since, so it's weird Hope this helped everyone who has never had a see yourself dream understand
