*Do you think Luxray's disruption is worth overlooking its damage output?*

I think it’s great! Something else is that I’ve seen very similar attacks to the second one on fire and even other electric pokemon, but they cost THREE energy. This is only two here, and while it’s not any crazy damage output, I’d say it’s above average when putting it next to similar cards. Not to mention that the first attack of said similar Pokémon usually isn’t that helpful. I see this thing working really well with the right setup. At least in comparison to those other cards.
