Great plan, and the meetings will improve, with everything else, the more you push forward in the right direction. 👍👍

I’ve always been opposed to meetings but this one makes sense!

Always good content. Get back to weekly updates! 🙏🏻👊🏻🎯

We are focused on quality over quantity and that is stretching the team. Maybe in the future we can get back to weekly or do a live Q&A every other week.

That would be awesome to do a q and a The videos are great 👍

So if you need ideas I used to work for some guys where we did meetings like yours in the morning and occasional ones in the afternoon. Afternoon was about breaking down the day usually with everyone doing two roses and a thorn and maybe a recap from the crew leads. It's not a bad way to do things

Also #7 ✅ cross your trailer chains.

At the risk of sounding stupid, why?

@@SuccessfulContractor I believe the theory is if the trailer becomes disconnected the hitch will hit the chains and not the ground and therefore eliminate damage to the hitch.

@@SuccessfulContractor there are two reasons; 1. If it becomes unhitched the trailer won't sway back and forth as much. 2. When the hitch drops down it basically lays in your chain cradle which will prevent the hitch from digging in and causing a rather abrupt stop. I'm late to the party but I've been going through your videos, keep up the great content!
