An idea I had while listening to this: If u get stuck and need to get back home and don't have a bike or anything, snatch somebody's big trashcan that all houses have(at least here in the states 99% of houses have these big blue or black or green bins that roll) . They have wheels and a handle. Make sure to dump the crap out first. Lol. Ya they r gross so carry a few trash bags of ur own to put all ur stuff in and if u can try to get a blue or green recycle bin cuz they r probably cleaner. But u can load the bin up with all ur stuff and roll it behind u. That way u can bring more stuff with u and also they roll instead of having to carry everything on ur back. Or also snatch a shopping cart from a nearby store, make sure u get one that has good wheels that don't squek or drag cuz those r annoying af. Lol. Just an idea though. Don't know how practical it would be since I haven't tried it out yet. But if anybody does try it, let me know how well or how bad it works. Thxs ya'll :)

In texas any club or baton can be carried now. Any size knife or even a sword. A PR-24 is an excellent weapon if you can't carry a gun.

Hey Don and Robbie, I'm a long time subscriber to both channels Sootch00 and Sensible Prepped. This was a fantastic hour and it cruised by ( watching 12 hours later) at 10:45pm here in South central Arizona). We live in a suburb of Phoenix, Chandler to be exact. You both were spot on with your comments about being acclimated. I'm a 4th generation Arizona native and I can tell you first hand, that water is the key element. Stay hydrated, eat as clean as you possibly can and get use to the hot Arizona Sun by going outside early, long before sun up, 4:15ish, walk around a bit, take a frozen handkerchief from your freezer wrap in around your neck like Sooth said. More importantly, keep cold water on hand for your pulse points, wrists, inner thigh, inside elbow area and little by little one will become used to it. I had the pleasure of working outside as an ag producer of food and fiber. You learn really quickly on how to stay cool in that environment. Great video gentlemen ! A propane Generac is what I’m buying for my house. My solar generator will be useless in the winter due to the snow load. I can get a 500 gallon propane tank for when my power is off. I’ll never go through that fuel unless it’s grid down and that’s all I’ve got. I lived off grid completely for 3 years. Gas generators are noisey, expensive, and you have to refresh the gas as it will go bad. Propane is ideal.

We are from Oregon and it's disgusting in Portland. Yes, we are also in drout. I'm so afraid of fire again. We were evacuated last year. Came really close to our little town. Towns an hour away and less got burnt down. We're around lots of farm land. A question for you. We're not part of a prepper community. How do we become part of one or form one?

After hearing that 2,000 cities have contaminated water that the cities say they can’t filter the chemicals out, I took my Berkey to my daughter’s house. I bought extra filters and and will make my own system that holds more water. For tactical situations if I can’t get to my guns, there’s railroad spikes next to every door in the house. They’re big, handy, and I can have 1 in both hands.

There's a reason they call it a "shoot-me" vest, I'd avoid a vest unless it's a plain fleece. If you look for a "field coat" you'll find a lot of utility in something light that blends well especially with fall coming.

I have heard of people on well systems adding extra well pump tanks for added water storage in case of a power loss. For example most of the homes in my area on well systems have a 20 gallon well pump tank, if you added 3 more you would have 80 gallons of stored water if the power dies.

There's talk of politicians trying to write a law that says if theirs a declared state of emergency or crisis that you can conceal carry without a license. This is being brought on by the fact that we are in a emergency because of border being open in opposition of our law's and constitution which is completely illegal.

I am a 74 year old female . My children do not feel as I do, they are democrats and liberals! I messed up somewhere! But the problem is I feel helpless and alone and although I have prepped as much as possible in my small apartment I feel very alone. I don't know about you guys but when it hits the fan the thought of seeing one of my kids laying with his head split wide open from a 308 round that day I don't know how I'm going to feel after that home of the brave home and Afraid just remember them bullets fly both ways well I guess when you really take casualties you'll understand just how precious life is but I we all have to meet on make a one way or another. You're right about the poor quality of fresh foods. They know people will buy it anyway. It's handy to buy it and dehydrate it before it goes bad. I think it's going to get worse as far as low grade fresh stuff from the stores. Anyway I said all that to say you're right about low quality food coming up. Take care.

Right now the biggest immediate threat to many that has already become a reality is job loss for not complying to needle mandates. I myself am in limbo as to when I will specifically be affected by that. It’s been announced 3 weeks ago but no word or guidance about it. That has really put a hold on any kind of major preps. Especially if alternate streams of income are non existent or still in infancy.

check the label many are high in sodium and will make you sick they are designed that way figuring you are perspiring more while hiking and need additional sodium

I didnt make the live but I have a question if you get time. My 556 is zeroed at 100 yrds with 55g 223. with the ammo shortages going on, Ive been getting 556 62g cheaper to stock up on. most is BT and Lap. Leaving it zeroed where its at, how much off will it be at 100yds .Thanx guys✌❤🙏
