Right on point, brother! As a veteran S&C coach and developing boxing coach, there so much misinformation out there especially on-line. It seems like all the information that's out there coaches are getting worse b/c they can't think for themselves.

Exactly. Fancy shmancy stuff almost never works in the fight. Keep it simple and effective. As for the other trainers and long combos, well, I've a feeling they might also be doing it just for fun and because it looks good on the video :))) It's not really clear if they're using it during normal training, maybe it's more to show off / promo materials
