Thank you for the insights and knowledge. Since watching a few videos of yours, I have started changing my mindset and looking at my current "career". The reason career is in quotes is that where I'm at "Director of IT", that is what I wanted 12 years ago. I got the title last year, since then I have found out how stuck I am where I am. The "am a business" is such a new way of thinking how to better my career. I am just starting to think and develop my "business". I can't wait to see what I do this year, I want to be and do more in the tech industry. Thanks again for all the knowledge you've show us, keep them coming.

Have you heard about this cyber security initiative to remove the degree requirement for those jobs?! Could be a good topic for a video. We need another training video in the membership Doc. I've been looking for a help desk job to have in the meantime while I go to the academy to be able to understand more about the fundamentals of IT, no luck so far.
