I'd say DO NOT COME with a car. Hike it. Why? I live in Soller, I have lived in deia, and in summer because everyone wants to go there. its just simply imposible to go with a car. Mallorca its not build to have so many cars in tiny roads like that. that's why taxis drivers do not want to go down there, tourist block the road every day.. I can't go there myself if I don't wake up at 7 am So I'd say don't come with a car. Take the bus like a normal mallorquín, hike, and don't add to the caos Mallorca already experiences, anyways if ur are not a very experienced driver and you go down there at 1 pm you're gonna scratch the car I've seen it tons of times. I don't say this to sound rude or anything, but tourists do not comprehend Mallorca, its a very tiny place, it was never meant to Hause this kind of tourism, if u come here just really, think twice about some things, thank you.

I went on foot from Soller to Fornalutx, there were like 10 ppl waiting for bus to Fornalutx in Soller and I didnt get why. There are literally 3 km between Soller and Fornalutx and the hike is beautiful.

That s why I cannot go to that side. Of Mallorca because buses v limited and am asthmatic so csnt hike uphill in boiling or any heat

I have asthma too. I went to school in Palma and I had to take the bus every day and every night from Soller in the Serra de Tramuntana to the intermodal station in Palma. Then I had to walk a couple kilometers just to get to my mom's. There is plenty of buses. But there is too much people. And too many of them are incapable of traveling without luxury. Just an opinion.@@lbunnygordon1133

I live in Mallorca and just want to give a disclaimer about this beach, I was there not long ago and since it is not an official beach there are no lifeguards. There is a big rock there that many people just off and when I went last, someone got injured and almost drowned. Luckily there was a medical professional having lunch at the restaurant beside the beach who came down and did CPR until an ambulance came but if you ever go, be extra careful!

Just stop coming to Mallorca, I get that the economy is based on tourism but there is more than enough tourist, the island shouldn’t change restaurants or other services to English, German, or Dutch. Getting a taxi in Mallorca is not easy in any case, because there are only two taxi companies. This is because the govt does not allow any other companies or Uber etc. There is a shortage of taxis during ´the season´which starts from around Easter and ends at the end of October. Many times, taxis will not stop for you unless you have luggage with you because they prefer to take passengers going to the airport so they can make more money. Also, if you call to book a taxi, it does not mean that it will arrive on time (unless your are going to the airport, in which case, they will make sure to be on time). Sleazy place in many, many ways. Pretty, but sleazy as can be.
