Definitely, I would hire new staff. It might work slower but business is a long game. I would like to play this game with my team.

Mehhh you don’t choose outsourcing or staff augmentation for each project. You rather choose the way your company work. So it depends on what you work on. I would do staff augmentation. But again it has many “but” and many “it depends of”
