I've been getting reports that the timer ⌛ is not stopping after logging out of the game when it clearly says that the timer will run while we are online. I've asked about this already with dev and hoping that this is ACTUALLY a bug.

That part is not the bug, we know from patch notes that the timer will not stop after you exit the game but we were told that there will be NO gem cap for that period of time so that we can grind the 210 gems. Game event in game is clear that after activation that there will be no gem cap for 24H, sadly this is the bug. This time we will get only 2x 12 bonus gems and that is terrible as we are only 1 M away from the new gem system and this event was the major help to be ready for December ... Oh well in September we got x2 drop and that was a bug now we will get nothing sooo balance of bugs :D

Once you activated it, buff will still running even when you logged off or leave the game.

Yes. I also tested it. It runs even while offline or logged off. Another blunder by Netease.

The buff for Verge and Erreban gems only speeds up the process of reaching the cap by dropping double the amount. It does not give extra gems above the cap. The extra gems are only acquired from the daily 12 from party activity which becomes 24.

Timer goes on once you activate it regardless if you are online or not. You should clarify it. This will mess ppl up

Please check everything before posting information. This is misleading info. If your part of partner program you should have ask this info to verify as this was stated on patch (real time buff) Echo, messiry always post misleading info please dont be one added to the list

Based on the official announcement, if you miss claiming this buff, it will automatically activate for you at the end of the event.
