Because that is how comedians work. They create a set and perfect it. Then they go on stage and perform that set as many times and in front of as many audiences as they can. Only problem is, we live in the age of social media, where someone can do a set, and it gets posted...everytime he performs. So you come along and see him doing the same set 100 times hoping he's magically come up with an entirely new set every week. A comedian will ride on the same material for three years if it works.

Got my finger torn up by a restaurant sized immersion blender nearly a month ago. Now a month later, I still can't play bass with it but I can finally _almost_ play piano normally with it And no, I'm not a disposable new hire, I'm one of the longest standing, fastest AND most thorough people at my job [and that's just what I'm willing to say as a person who hates myself and can hardly stand to say anything nice about myself at all] Still squeezing cheap paper towels around an IMMERSION BLENDER WOUND until I'm ready to go back to work with a wound that cut down into my nail, the part of my nail that hides under the skin But some old dude had to walk through snow to school (I walk through snow for leisure walks), so I, as a younger person, must be a total bitch who has no idea about real struggle nor "having it rough", nor do I know anything about "muscling through" 'Cuz it's 2020 The world is perfect, didn't you hear....? We're all spoiled We have it easy We're "snowflakes" (say the people who complain about walking through snow) Uuh-huh..... so back to how totally cold you were walking through snow, that common weather condition that comes every year that I frequently walk through without a jacket, by choice 'cuz you burn more calories when not wearing a jacket and my body runs warm and I'm not the type of person to complain about it even if I am cold Wow......... Up a snowy hill. Pobrecito *says while holding my finger at an awkward angle almost 30 days after the wound, because I couldn't afford even a simple trip to a simple doctor to even get basic professional care for a substantial wound which has effected my work performance for nearly 30 days now; thankfully I'm good enough that even nearly one handed I'm still easily one of the top employees, otherwise this WORK RELATED injury could have literally cost me my life if I couldn't work* Sorry, I got distracted again....
