2 eggs 1/2c sugar 1/4c coconut milk 3/4c flour (only add 1/2 at first) 1tsp baking powder 1/8tsp baking soda ...after baking add... 1/2c Sweet condensed milk 3/4c coconut milk 3/4c whole milk

I personally find that using my hands to separate the egg yolk is much easier. You're more likely to puncture the yolk with a spoon.
