Welcome to our channel! In today's video, I'm sharing a delicious Anchovies Fish Curry recipe. This curry is packed with flavours and goes perfectly with rice, idli, or dosa.
Ingredients:
Oil
Fenugreek seeds
Curry leaves
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
Turmeric powder
Kulambu chili powder (adjust to spice level)
Tamarind water
Salt (to taste)
Anchovies fish (washed and drained)
Coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds.
2. Add curry leaves, followed by chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder, sauté, and then close the lid to cook for a while.
4. Open the lid, add kulambu chili powder (based on your spice preference), and pour in tamarind water.
5. Add salt to taste, close the lid, and let it boil until the raw smell disappears.
6. Once the curry thickens, add the washed and drained anchovies one by one and cook until done.
7. Finally, add coconut milk and curry leaves, simmer for a while, and serve.
