He has a problem where he gets 2 feathers through the one hole and he itches and picks his skin, the vet said they could operate and remove the follicle but it is risky so he is on anti inflammatory's and he has a small leather collar. Once the feathers come through he is OK (around 4 weeks)

Unfortunately it will happen after every moult the only way to stop it is to operate and remove the follicle but it is risky operating on birds.
