While that officer was trying to put words in PTTP's mouth, mine is lost for words. Literally. Except for the ones I'm typing of course. Nevertheless, it made for unsettling viewing this audit. Why ? Well somebody with mental health issues could end up agreeing that he/she did indeed say those words when in fact they didn't. This vid clearly demonstrates why its useful to audit and record interactions with sly devious people in public, officers or not.

It's a terrible thing that the very people that society requires to be ethical, honest and trustworthy - law enforcement - are so very often the most manipulative, deceitful and dishonest. These scumbags who will gleefully misuse a very serious legal statute to illegally detain someone - with violence - for a completely lawful activity will the next day be in court providing testimony that many in society wouldn't ever think to question. Statistically, forty percent of law enforcement officials display antisocial personality traits such as sadism, enjoyment of manipulation and deceit, the need to bully and control, low empathy and an inflated sense of ego. No lesson learned since ABs visit. Greetings from Poland. We have a guy here in Poland who's auditing. He's the first one doing that and each time he's threatened to be arrested whenever police is involved. We have similar laws regarding asking data but cops always tend to ignore that so in the end he has the choice to give personal information or go down to police station and be detained for up to 48 hours. In his last audit he did just that. He was hand-cuffed, brought to police station where he was offered a fine for not giving information. It seems his case will go to court and all I can say that the outcome is pretty unsure...

The police are bound to a hierarchy. So when accosted by two or more and immediately after requiring each one to identify himself/herself, you should also require the most senior one to identify itself and then address ONLY that one. (If any or all are of equal rank, the most senior is the one whom you've been employing the longest). Viz. "Since you have identified yourself as the most senior, you are responsible for whatever happens here and including the behaviour of your colleagues who are now my witnesses. I will not be answering any personal or intrusive questions without the presence of a lawyer. Am I being detained?" Do this, keep it simple and specific from the very first instant and they are totally fucked. If they don't do as you require, you should instantly cut them off at the knees by escalating above their heads, viz. "I am becoming frightened for my safety. I invoke my right of silence and I require that a senior officer is summoned here immediately. I shall speak only to a senior officer and not to you". Keep repeating this and say absolutely nothing else and - again - they are totally fucked. Also, never never respond chummily in any way when first accosted. Don't make it consensual. Don't say "Hello". Don't say "I'm alright, how are you?" or anything else of that dog-whistle crap. Keep your big gob shut until they are standing in front of you, and then immediately require identification as above. I repeat : Don't make it consensual. All of this is so fucking obvious, but 'auditors' can never grasp the simplicity. They prefer to hear the sound of their own voices and think it's the way to display strength and control. It emphatically is not.

It's good to see after ABs unlawful detainment, the influx of auditors going to this station, the plod who abused their power must be bricking it in case someone with a camera catches up and questions them. No doubt they are all in hiding, but they can't hide forever. Great video PTTP, keep up the good work.

great to see you guys backing each other up with follow ups from different auditors ,, i know AB is no shrinking violet and hope he goes back to re-enforce what these grubs did was a total abuse of power

Yeah it’s definitely him. Don’t think PTTP recognised him with the hat on or he would have mentioned it
