It's an implicit criticism of the clever chaps who designed the security part of the arhitects' brief, and of the building managment - the constables are saying that sensitive data is on display for anyone with eyes who looks in the general direction of the building. I think maybe if they raise this with the building management at a nice big meeting, they would be told to f-ck right off as if the expensive architects and all the rest of the clever chaps didn't think about security when they designed it, or they would be in breach of DPA 24/7 because something sensitive was on display for anyone to see if they look at the building fffs

Or does he think that he can grab your camera and delete them thereby abusing his position and the law since only the courts can have someone's property destroyed.
@OncleM2 жыл бұрын
Yes unfortunately people have been lead to believe the data protection act is 2 way on organisations and individuals when it's only the organisation who is subject to most of DPA. So they think individuals filming them must delete footage of them because of DPA. Add to that this whole "we do not tolerate abuse of any kind towards our staff" crap where employees with duties they are paid to carry out suddenly become private individuals whenever they feel like it, and decide that filming them is a form of abuse so they can start crying.

These audits are entertaining and you're right, if we don't exercise our freedoms, we lose them. My only concern is that because there are gazillions of 'less capable' auditors on KZbin (and the number of channels are growing daily) then at some point the powers-that-be are going to see it as a nuisance and change the law. If they ban public photography in certain places completely, create new bylaws and/or give the police more powers to detain photographers under new subsections of law then that will have a negative impact on the reason behind these videos. I don't know what the answer is, but I saw two videos yesterday whereby two young lads were just abusing police and claiming to be 'auditors'. Those individuals - and there really are a lot on KZbin - are starting to give auditing a bad reputation. I don't think it will be tolerated for long. Hope I'm wrong. Cheers for the video. @@TheSadButMadLad Thanks to... judges. Might make them sh!te their pants though if, like the CPS, you continue with the malfeasance charge until the very last minute i.e. half-way through the trial, after the defence has wasted lots of public money writing a defence and responding to applications and disclosure orders etc (particularly for the PC's disciplinary record and HR reports, in case he's got previous)

Love it when they barge into your lawful business and ask "are you just trying to get a reaction?". Irony is totally lost on these planks.

Little baby face down the pub without his mates, his uniform and his gun, giving that attitude to another member of the public would get his lights punched out. What goes around comes around little boy.

What a tool matey boy is. Hand on his gun throughout too. Utterly unacceptable, the face alas of the modern UK police force.
@dickenscider73282 жыл бұрын
Yeah! And what gets me is they have their fingers on the triggers, but only have one hand on the gun, how can they have any control if they needed to shoot anyone, they wouldn’t, probably shoot each other, we can but hope.

Incompetence of the highest order. What an embarrassment.

That's the problem - it's not malfeasance if it's incompetence. Thus incompetence is incentivised.

"You have obviously been trying to get a reaction". So you knew why he was there, which was not terrorism, but you still went ahead with the search? That is a complaint and a claim for damages.

Good video PTTP. I enjoyed watching this one. I was under the impression that the police officers that carry guns in the UK had more training than other officers. Obviously I was mistaken, these guys were horrible. I like the way you handled yourself. Please follow up with complaints on their incompetent behaviors. Peace!

I've been back and forth to the US for 25+ years. I carry there concealed a Glock 43 many days and on others my 250 buck Taurus G3C. Every day, in my vehicle, I have a fully loaded Spikes Tactical 5.56 M4 LE 16″. The little steroid puff-jowled dough-boy that searched you is a joke, with his handgun hanging at his knee and his rifle in safety 5 moves away from ready. Any American must be laughing their heads of at the little podgy wannabe warriors.

So far as I personally can tell the ONLY thing in that back courtyard was a container skip?!?! Yet, the ARMED officer kept prattling on about sensitive information, sensitive property and as he said "it's OBVIOUSLY sensitive in there!" What's SO fookin sensitive about a container skip??? PMSL It was just a blatant abuse of section 43 seeing as how THAT is the only fall back that they had and even that was an illegal use of section 43 an illegal detainment AND an illegal search which I am betting you did NOT consent to?.... Civil complaint and a claim in there straight away me thinks?!?! :D

And to think that they have a fall phycological examination before they can be issued with a gun (I am thinking that is they had undergone a dynamic phycological assessment during that interaction, they would have failed) and then you and I pay them to abuse their powers. That was pure (and unadulterated) retaliation. Having said all of that I am sure that any complaint will end up in the proverbial bin.....
