Some people try to get into character, they try to emphasize with their motives or try to understand them to act better as them. And then there is Carolina. I don't know if she is becoming Sombra or if Sombra was formed after her and at this point, I am too afraid to ask.

Foam, usually. Papier mâché, if you want to take forever and have a stronger product at the end. Steel, if you're a welder/bodybuilder and want it to be as authentic as possible.

The map in the background in boris' part shows how well he fits to the character, If you have a map of the ancient world (at least i assume this is a map of how continents used to be a few million years ago) in your background, you gotta voice a scientist.

I'm sorry to break it to you, but the map in the background is a modern map, just mirrored because the whole camera was mirrored. Doesn't change that I agree with you in that he fits the character he voices very well. He seems like he doesn't have to change very much to speak in Sigma's voice and express himself as he does, seems to be intelligent (just not really mad yet ;) ).
