No one, literally no one here in Deutschland uses 90% of these entertaining alternatives to 'Wie geht's?' Not trying to hate, just trying to keep folks from experiencing a pretty awkward moment. Enjoy learning German!

In Hungarian, for the cute greeting we say "helló-belló". Also, klärchen would be "vili" and Wie geht's, wie steht's is "Hogy ityeg a fityeg?" (lit. How's the dangler dangling?) 😉
