If you collect loads of pinecones, you can use them for fuel every night, you only need about 9, i try it and i have like 40 wood left over, even after crafting a bunch of stuff :)

Pine cones cannot be eaten themselves(they are practically wood) but the seeds encased in them are a very nutritious, due to seed oil and stuff.

If you ever have trouble with the hounds you can drop some meat to distract them. They'll eat it and give you a few seconds advantage to take some health off them.

Well, they're trying to combine both Voltz and Tekkit, so possibly they're thinking of a kinda of plot, if you know what I mean, or in a different sense, trying to get all the mods installed on Voltz or Tekkit (whichever way around) so you can imagine that would be a pain. But hopefully they'll have everything back on track soon.

You can eat pinecones however, you should not eat the ones that have fallen from the tree because they are simply not good for you, but the ones which haven't fallen from the tree contain a bit moisture and nutrients which you could survive off for a short period of time... I think (90% sure) :D

have you heard of the octo spike, that thing deals 50 damage its the second best in the game beside the dark sword. all u got to do is go to the marsh biome, wear wooden armor and fight it with a spear. eventually you will get it and it looks like a purple spiked bat. thumbs up for good advice.

Cool, you're the 23rd person I've explained this to! They've stopped Shadow of 'Isreal' for a pretty long time due to the fact that the server crashed/screwed up/got lost. And their channel isn't entirely devoted to it, they do all manner of games so put in your tampon and watch the video's that the channel is doing or unsubscribe, then you'll be the fool who disliked the yogscast because THEY paused a series YOU, one person!
