In Germany the Tablets from stada has sugar in it. So is it bad?

I don't know what you have in Germany, but it's probably a tiny amount of sugar in the tablet. Not likely enough to make much difference.

It just depends on what's in it. It might be fine.

It's herbal. There shouldn't be any effect on the kidneys.
