​@@stuv_wx Ram Rajya is a moniker to show *an ideal form of governance where the rights of every living being is preserved while natural conservation are upheld i.e even prevention of wanton tree cutting , hunting etc. taking into account the right to life of every living being and allowing "all traditions to continue" .* In case one hasn't lived under the rock for centuries, India has had centuries old tradition of marriages between intersex couples which has been a tradition since ancient times. There is an entire festival for that matter where the intersex come together and perform marriage ceremonies taking blessings of a Naga deity called 'Iravan' (thought to be son of Arjuna and Ulupi in Vyasa Mahabharata). Such festivals have been legal since time immemorial. Of course *colonial times were illiberal and our constitutional laws follow colonial laws hence the word 'legal' hasn't been inserted yet for such marriages which are happening despite anyone's interference.* Hence it is time to wakeup to reality that *Indian culture doesn't ban anything of the sort but it does uphold natural laws that a new born infant needs heterosexual parents to grow up in a conducive normal environment. It is the right of the child as much the parents have to marry another of their own sex.* Marriages aren't the problem as same sex couples don't reproduce. Their intent to reproduce takes away the rights of the next gen. to live a normal life and the after effects have been seen in American society let's be open about that. There are identity crises and severe trauma faced by children of such couples. Hence marriages may be legalized but their further actions must go through legal norms that protect the human rights in this country. Medical institutes and centers for artificial insemination/fertilization/conception etc. must understand this and then they must make decisions sensitive to the issue. This three parent, two same sex parent invitro fertilization or artificial fertilization etc. must be marked as a project equal to human - animal hybridization and treated as the same. This herein lies the problem. After marriages LGBTQ+ will ask for their right to bear children. Think a hundred times before replying what type of society would you want to see ? Genetically impaired or a Normal society ??

He is talking about societal and moral norms and the concept of 'dampatya's objective' (conveniently forgetting puranic thought of 'relationship') but forgetting about the principles of individuality, humanity and dignity in general which form the building blocks of those social norms. Also the arguments are full of obsolete understanding of human matrimony as that between persons designated as husband i.e. a biological male and wife i.e. biological female , which refuses to see matrimony as an alliance of 2 human beings as equal partners (sadly same is the case with various personal laws). In the end, he resorts to malign the discussion by steering away from the topic to Talk about problems like trafficking as if one person faced by any LGBTQ+ member can be juxtaposed with another. It directly relates to multidimensional human development of a substantial portion of the population which the privileged 'social conservative' RW section loves to, albeit ironically, call 'urban elite'. both judges and lawyers take notes .. judges do so that they can write in their judgments what each advocate representing each party argued so that they can deal with the arguments properly, opposing lawyers even if they are senior counsels take notes so that they can rebut when their time comes, supporting lawyers take notes so as to be able to file written submissions. Also senior advocates don’t like their arguments repeating somebody who has already argued, so they keep track.

You know that's not just wrong scientifically, it's also wrong logically. May be some rapist would say just because I have penis doesn't mean I am a man, so I cannot be charged with rape according to IPC 376 (hope I am correct with IPC).
