I've literally seen people who were on camera advocating for not telling a prospective partner about having an STI "if you are taking drugs that prevent symptoms of that disease." I don't care if what you're on inhibits transmission of the disease you have--I should still know before having sex if someone I want to have sex with has a transmissible disease!

Saying that letting your date know that you're trans is equivalent to giving them a detailed rundown of your entire medical history and all the surgeries you've had is WILD. That's exactly what I do. When I get asked out, I just say, "Hey, by the way, I am a trans man. I wanted to let you know before we went out and did anything because I don't want it to be a waste of time for you if you aren't into trans men. It isn't transphobia to say you aren't interested, and I won't be upset." I ALWAYS add the last part so they don't feel obligated to go out with me just so they don't get scared of being canceled or something. I have to say that last part because of these insane freaks! It's sad!

In the UK, we would use the case law of R v Justine McNally [2013] EWCA Crim 1051 which determined that “depending on the circumstances, deception as to gender can vitiate consent” Consent comes under S.74 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Essentially if the complainant didnt know the defendant was trans, and knowing that they wouldn't have consented to sexual activity, then an offence has been committed. Ill also mention that I see it as a massive issue for trans people that some are being so vical about wanting to hide a very important piece of information from a potential partner. Its like not disclosing you've got HIV, herpes etc or that you're sleeping with other people or doing sex work. Informed consent is important for everyone.

A friend of mine had met a guy online and they were going to go to this concert in the next state. The guy drove. While at a gas station she saw his invitation to Prom. She asked him about it. he said he lied about his age, he was 17. We were 23. If she had gone with him to the concert she'd be crossing state lines with a minor. I don't know if that would be illegal considering his age. But she didn't want to find out. He said he didn't care that she was an older woman because he loved her soul. She called me to pick her up. He had offered to drive her back but she was too angry and scared to get back into the car with him.

They absolutely should disclose their gender. It is emotionally and psychologically damaging to the individual you are deceiving. It’s also fraud. It’s not consent. Hopefully someone who has been deceived by a trans woman takes them to court and sets a precedent.

I am bisexual. I had a transsexual experience and was very open with her but while we had a nice and friendly relationship but in the end she did not feel right for me. If somebody would not tell me, I would walk out a date the minute I registered. And as a woman I smell trans people whether they tell me or not.And the wonder while people do not want nothing to do with these creeps

Just like a communicable disease, your partner has a right to know this information. Any intimate contact is the same as coercing someone to be intimate with you under false pretenses, both things being illegal in some places ( knowingly spreading h.i.v. and coercing intercourse)

Like somehow because we are attracted to both sexes, we will just take whatever is tossed at us. I’m not sure why this rhetoric came about, but just because you’re attracted to both sexes doesn’t mean you automatically want to date a trans person. If I want to date a man it means I want to date a biological man, with all his biological parts. Same thing goes for a woman. I don’t want to think I’m dating a woman only to find out they have something extra in their pants. If you can’t be honest beforehand about what you are, then you don’t have the right to date others. Your dishonesty shows you are too immature and narcissistic to care about other’s feelings, and people do not owe you their time, energy, or feelings to make you feel good about your trans self or journey. Also before someone asks this dumb question, no it’s not just about whats in others pants, but sex is part of a healthy relationship, and if you can’t handle that, then you aren’t ready to date.

Well, I'm Filipino, and if you've seen real life Asian trans it's kinda hard. Like Thais and Filipinos. You can just look up "Molly Grande" in Google and see if she looks like a biological male for example.
